Park Rules and Information

Check-in time is 2pm. Check-ins prior to 12pm will be charged a 1/2 day rate.

Check-Out time is 11am.
If you wish to stay another day, please re-register by 10AM.
Although we do not give refunds, we can apply any balance toward a future stay.

There are no refunds. Please plan your stay.

One night’s deposit is taken on all reservations. Credit cards are charged at the time of reservation.
Deposit is Non-Refundable.

Specific site requests are guaranteed only with a $15 Non-refundable fee.

All rates subject to a 13% transient occupancy tax (TOT) + 1% Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) is added to all RV spaces, tent sites, cabins, extra people, extra vehicles, and dogs per the Town of Mammoth Lakes, CA.

One habitable vehicle and one non-habitable vehicle allowed per site. Extra vehicles must be parked at the Rec Room.


Pool and Spa: All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 21. For everyone’s protection and comfort, we do not allow glassware or smoking in the pool area. Please follow posted rules. See pool building for hours.

Visitors need to check in with the office when upon arrival. Park facilities are for the use of Registered Guests Only.

Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM. This is a family park, Please Respect the other guests’ quiet time. We do not allow generators in the RV Park.

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

Trash: Please do not leave trash at your campsite or in the fire rings. Please use trash bins provided and lock them properly after each use. Fees will be imposed if trash pickup is required after guest departure.

Picnic Tables: We provide one picnic table per site. Please do not bring additional tables to your site. Please use BBQs on the ground, not the tables.

Campfires: Most sites have fire pits. Please use them. Never leave your fire unattended or in the care of children.

All fires must be put out completely before you go in for the evening. Fires left unattended will be extinguished. Additional fees and eviction may occur.

Dumping: Please use the dump station or the full hook-up sites only. City ordinance prohibits dumping of wastewater on the grounds; this includes black, gray and/or fresh water from your tanks. Please use a hose to dump at the Dump Station.

Electric Heaters: Please do not use electric plug-in heaters.

Pets: We welcome quiet, well-mannered pets up to 3 per site. Please keep all pets at your site and on a leash at all times. If you leave the RV Park, your pets must be with you or inside your RV. Please clean up after your pet and observe the pet walk areas.

Wild Animals: For your safety and for theirs, Do Not approach or feed wild animals. Keep ice chests in your RV or car and out of sight; bears will take any ice chest and destroy it.

Restrooms: We want to keep the restrooms clean and tidy for your comfort. If you see a problem, please let us know. Please limit your time in the shower. No smoking in the restrooms.

Dishwashing: Please use the dishwashing station for any dishes. Don't wash in bathroom.

Landry: We have a nice laundry room. Please don't wash your clothes in the bathroom.

Parking: Please park your tow vehicle across the front of your RV in your own site. Extra parking space has been provided if needed by the Rec Room and Pool. Please do not park your vehicle in another site.

Speed Limit: The speed limit in the RV Park is 5 MPH. This is a family park, please watch for little ones who forget to watch for you.

Vehicles and Motorbikes: Only street legal and licensed vehicles may be driven or ridden in the RV Park. Please no washing of RVs or vehicles, no oil changes or repairs in the park. There is an RV/car wash at the Chevron Station in town.

Failure to follow rules may result in additional fees and/or eviction from the RV Park.
